staying here made it super easy for my family to explore the beautiful Al Masjid an Nabawi, which is just an 850-meter walk away, and we loved the convenience of grabbing a coffee from Starbucks, only 500 meters from the hotel, making our city strolls enjoyable and seamless.

Clean room with nice amenities.
The lifts were a nightmare, taking forever and annoying guests. Check-in was a chaotic experience, with rude staff treating us poorly. Plus, the layout of the parking area was absurd, making it extremely difficult to navigate our vehicle.
